    graph theory:
    (pl. vertexes, vertices)
Elements of set V of graph. G=(V, E) are called vertices (nodes, points). The vertex set of a graph G is referred to as V(G).
The vertex is also a 0D cell of a complex.
The vertices of simple graph in `RR^3` are 0-simplexes.
