    The suspension of graph G from graph H is obtained by adjoining every vertex of G to every vertex of H.
    The vertex set is `V_G uu V_H`.
    The edge set is `E_G uu E_H uu (V_G xx V_H)`, where `xx` is cartesian product of graphs.
    Denotation: G + H.
