    statistics:
    The relative frequency or relative frequency distribution is obtained by dividing the number of observations in each class by the total number of observations in the data as a whole.
    
    For example:
    10 students received following grades from last test: 1, 2, 4, 1, 5, 2, 5, 3, 1, 5. This can be represented by this histogram:
