homeomorphic graphs
Author: Marian Olejar, Jr. Created: Sep/06/2006 Last edit: Sep/06/2006
graph theory:
Two graphs G and H are homeomorphic graphs if they have their own subdivisions G' and H' which are isomorphic graphs (G'`~=`H').
Examples of homeomorphic graphs are (`m, n in NN`): cycles `C_n` and `C_m` paths `P_n` and `P_m` Cite this article as: Marian Olejar, Jr.: homeomorphic graphs from VeryPrime's Dictionary of mathematics Link to this page: http://www.veryprime.com/dict/homeomorphic_graphs.php |
